4. Do you offer 24/7 entry?

While our facility is monitored 24/7 for security, access to storage units is during our generous opening hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM on weekdays). Extended access options may be available—please contact us for details.

5. How do I cancel?

Cancelling your storage unit is simple. We require only seven days’ notice, and there are no penalties or long-term commitments.

6. Is insurance included?

While your belongings are protected by our 24-hour CCTV, electronic gate access, perimeter fencing, smoke detectors, and fire alarms, insurance for stored items is not automatically included. We recommend considering separate insurance coverage for added peace of mind.

7. How secure is the facility?

KEEPBOX Self Storage takes security seriously:

You can access your storage unit seven days a week.
